KNOCKOUT falls to the floor amongst the array of dancing legs. Left in greater confusion and disarray, KNOCKOUT rubs her head.
KNOCKOUT:
WHAT?!
Loud music continues blaring as a hand reaches to her level. SASHA pulls her up and rubs KNOCKOUT’S back.
SASHA:
Hey, do you need a break?
JOSEPH opens a water bottle and passes it to KNOCKOUT.
KNOCKOUT:
It’s fine really.
JOSEPH gestures water to KNOCKOUT. RHEA begins to pat her down
again.
RHEA: (almost sarcastically)
How about if you don't feel like you can stand up let’s sit down somewhere, so you can seriously
keep off this ground—-
KNOCKOUT pulls back.
KNOCKOUT: (Passive)
I said I’m fine.
She storms off into the kitchen trying to look for another drink. Her friends were staring off in her direction. Flipping through empty cups, KNOCKOUT hears SAMI laughing once again. In what seems to be his permanent spot (Next to BIANCA) at this party, she turns and notices BIANCA let out a laugh in response as her hand falls on SAMI’s shoulder. KNOCKOUT turns abrasively, crushing the cup in her hand and is greeted with a jarring punch to the gut by LIQUID COURAGE..
